Resolving Camera Issues on Echo Look (3rd Oct 17 at 7:48am UTC)Quote Reply
Hello Friends

If you're having trouble with the camera on your Echo Look device, try these troubleshooting steps.

Tip: When the microphone and camera are disabled, the front light ring and Mic/Camera Off indicator are red. Press the Mic/Camera Off button to turn them back on and enable Alexa voice commands and the camera.
•Place Echo Look at shoulder height.
•Tilt the device until you are properly framed for a head-to-toe photo.
•Make sure the camera view is unobstructed by chairs, other objects, or the top of your furniture.
•Use the included 21W adapter and cable for Echo Look.
•Be sure the camera is dust and smudge-free, and that the protective film is removed.
•Stand about five feet from Echo Look with sufficient space to turn or pose.
•Make sure you're not in direct sunlight, the room is uniformly lit, and that you're not standing directly against a wall.
•For videos, make sure you're centered on the screen by checking the preview in your Echo Look app.

Next, restart your Echo Look and network hardware
Restarting your Echo Look device, Internet modem, and/or router can resolve most intermittent Wi-Fi issues.
•Turn off your router and modem, and then wait 30 seconds.
•Turn on your modem, and then wait for it to restart.
•After you restart your modem, turn on your route.
•While your network hardware restarts, restart your Echo Look device. Press and hold the Mic/Camera Off button for 10 seconds until the device and light ring turn off, and then release the button. Press and hold the Mic/Camera Off button again for about 3 seconds, then release the button. The light ring turns blue as the device reboots.
Thanks
